For a partner convening the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) hosted in 2024, I created neighborhood maps showing parks, roads, schools, and other key landmarks in each Philadelphia neighborhood. We printed these maps for an exercise that grouped our violence intervention program partners by the neighborhoods they work in. We went over firearm injury case reviews and other exercises to familiarize the programs with one another so that they can collaborate in the future when responding to firearm injuries.

I created the maps in ArcGIS Pro as a spatial map series. I used ArcGIS Vector Tile Style Editor to create a custom basemap with parks and schools layers overlaid, and the labels of streets, parks, schools, and other landmarks were stored as an annotation layer for future mapping.
